Decode your genetic potential.
Phyziq reads your bone structure, muscle insertions and leverage from a few photos, then builds your training and an ancestral Food Score around the body you were actually built for.
Android coming soon. Free scan to start.
Most fitness apps treat everyone the same. Your skeleton doesn't. The way your muscles attach decides your shape long before the gym does, and Phyziq is built on that.
Your genetics, broken down
Five axes scored straight from your scan: physique, genetics, potential, insertion and bone structure. Plus a read on every genetic trait that shapes how you look.
Genetic traits
-
Clavicles ★★★★★ 9/10 -
Pec insertion ★★★★★ 7/10 -
Lat insertion ★★★★★ 8/10 -
Bicep insertion ★★★★★ 7/10 -
Calf insertion ★★★★★ 6/10
Scored 0 to 10 from your bone structure and insertions.
Seven ranks, from Novice to Olympian
Your genetic score places you on a ladder built on real population percentiles. Most people never see past the middle.
Your skeleton was cheat-coded.
See every muscle, scored
Your scan grades each muscle group and turns it into weekly training volume, so your program targets what actually lags instead of an average.
- Front and back, 30+ muscle groups
- Asymmetry and weak points flagged
- Volume allocated muscle by muscle
We score food by what it does to your body
Not a calorie count. Each food is graded F to S on its real role: nutrient density, hormones, how processed it is, and where it comes from. Real food rises, ultra processed falls.
Provenance matters: grass fed, wild and pasture raised score higher than grain fed or farmed.
+Rich in iron. Pair with vitamin C to absorb more.
+Rich in zinc. Space it from a big calcium dose.
Clean source, far fewer heavy metals.

Cleaner, better mineral bioavailability.
More vitamin D, lutein and omega-3.

Not just another body-fat scanner
Generic AI scanners
- A body-fat % and muscle photos
- The same plan for every skeleton
- Macros and calories you already knew
- No idea why your physique looks the way it does
Phyziq
- Bone structure, insertions and leverage decoded
- A program built per muscle, from your scan
- An ancestral Food Score, not a calorie tracker
- Your genetic ceiling, and how to reach it
What people ask
How does Phyziq analyse my physique?
From a few photos, the AI reads your bone structure, muscle insertions and leverage, then scores your genetic potential and every muscle group.
Is the body scan accurate?
It reads real proportions and muscle development from your photos. It is not a medical DEXA, but it is consistent and built to guide your training.
What is the Food Score?
A grade from F to S for each food, based on nutrient density, processing, macros, glycemic load, sourcing and purity. It scores what a food does to your body, not its calories.
What is a primal or ancestral diet?
Eating whole, unprocessed, nutrient-dense foods (organs, meat, eggs, fish, fruit, raw dairy, honey) the way humans ate before industrial food.
Why does the same food score differently by provenance?
Grass-fed, wild and pasture-raised sources are cleaner and richer in omega-3, so they score higher than grain-fed or farmed.
Is Phyziq free, and is it on Android?
Free, you can log your food, micronutrients and supplements, follow the ancestral diet, and see the Food Score of each food. Premium unlocks the full genetic analysis, the score breakdown and your program. iOS is live, Android is coming soon.
