So small wrists are a trade, not a penalty: a little off the absolute-size ceiling, in exchange for a better look per pound of muscle. For most people, who care more about how they look than what they weigh, that is a good trade.

Can you increase wrist size? Not meaningfully. Your wrist is bone, tendon and skin, and bone width does not grow from training. Grip and forearm work can thicken the forearm just above the wrist, but the wrist joint itself stays the size your skeleton set.
